About the original design:
I made this Radwoman during a creative phase of making batik clothing and tapestries. At the same time I was studying to become a birth doula. The 58" x 45" white sheet was painted with melted wax, then dyed yellow. From there, I added more layers of wax and other dyes. I love this Radwoman and I hope you enjoy her presence too!
